My episodes of very painful, acidic, liquid colitis which occurred up to 10 times a day were nearly eliminated (I had a 50-year history of painful colitis prior to NMT treatment)
*Only when I indulged in foods I was allergic to or had extreme stress at work, did I have an episode of colitis
*Bowel movements became solid (normal) – after 50 years of liquid or very loose bowel movements
*Severe bloating and gas symptoms greatly diminished
*Abdomen is less distended and less painful to the touch

*I stopped taking these digestive aids after the first week (some I had taken for 30 years):
*Ichol digestive formula by Genestra
*Master Flora acidophilus

*Alfalfa and/or papain and/or cayenne capsules

*My ability to focus and concentrate was greatly improved
*I regained some of my intelligence and was more productive and accurate at work
*I regained some memory function. My memory is still not good, but is improved.
*I have had episodes of greatly increased energy – when I’m not overly stressed
*My moods are not so hopeless. I occasionally feel optimistic
*I eat less sugar and chocolate, and crave it less (influenced by addictive pathway treatments)
*I once again want to do healthy things, like exercising and eating properly
*I was able to monitor the consequences of eating certain foods again, because I no longer felt terrible constantly.
