Relief from Back Pain

I suffered with lower back pain on a daily basis. Over-the-counter pain killers did not help me and the pain persisted on a daily basis. Lifting, bending and even walking became very painful activities. The pain affected my ability to concentrate and work as I tried to sit at the computer. It also affected my sleep.
