Elimination of Depression with NMT

I found myself one day overwhelmed by depressing thoughts, off guard, completely taken by surprise. Today I think it was caused by a very strong drug (for treatment of a kidney infection) with serious side effects, since my life was perfect. I had all the symptoms: not interested in anything, wanted to stay in bed and never wake up. I was looking forward for the weekend, just to close my eyes and stay in bed as long as possible. Going to work was on one hand hard, but at least it freed me for a few hours from the destructive thoughts. I knew I was not myself and that the help had to come from outside. I had no idea how I could help myself.

When I turned to Robyn Fraser, it was the best decision I could make. After the first session I had the first sound sleep for weeks. Every next session brought a solid gradual improvement in mood. In a sense, I tortured myself by not taking any drugs. I wanted to see if NMT really works. It did, wonderfully.
